COFFEE MAFIA - THE NEW MAFIA ARE THE DUTCH BROS

Sometimes it does not pay to do business with the Mafia, but there is this exception. Not only do you get the hot and cold treatment, but they delight in the fact that you have chosen them as a new customer.
Those who follow my websites know that I do not patronize the chain operations. However Dutch Bros is a great exception to the rule.

• Fact they have 153 places
• Fact only one sit down  ... NOW THEY HAVE 2
• Fact they started in a town with no Starbucks
• Fact they are spreading from the great Northwest
If you haven't visited one you might not be as coffee savy as you wish to be!

Dutch Bros. is the country's largest privately held, drive-through coffee chain, with 195 stores in 7 western U.S. states.

‘Bite of Boston’: Ipswich Clams and Lobsters

Coffee Recon has logged over 100,000+ miles of Coastlines around the World sampling Seafood. So it’s not without subjective and objective experience that I can lay claim too good eatings especially when it comes to Lobsters and Clams. Having spent several months traveling the Post Road from Boston Mass to Bar Harbor Maine including many visits at the Lobster Roll near the end of Long Island ‘Bite of Boston’ is authenticate as you can get.

First of all the Ipswich Clams ‘Bite of Boston’ brings out fresh several times a week are the Rolls Royce of Clams and anyone worth their salt would know that! Proof is in the pudding/ eating.

You really can’t go wrong on the sandwiches because they bring in the best meats as their Menu advertises
LOBSTER ROLL

“There is not one ounce of phony or "processed" meat, pork, poultry or fish products anywhere inside the Bite of Boston's deli case”

.
'Bite of Boston' is so fortunate to have me in their Backyard when I’m Snow birding; because I’m no stranger to great food!

P.S. They are in their 1st  year of business and already getting a third location in PB. According to my knowledge.

San Diego Old Town Market Café~

Great coffee spot; a location where everyone in the world comes to their door!

The baristas care about the coffee they're making, and it shows.
My favorite latte/espresso in the city.
Velvety smooth and never bitter or overheated

Seattle the Coffee King:

Seattle has the reputation of being the coffee king, when one picks coffee shops. Espresso Vivace certainly has a rich history in the Seattle scene, and noted for their rich Northern Italian espresso. Since 1988, owners David Schomer and Geneva Sullivan have made the art of espresso their life and have delved into roasting, pulling, preparing, pouring and grinding for the perfect shot. Each of their three locations remain unique too, one is a sidewalk bar, another a European style café and the third a more modern coffee shop featuring a cool design.
